Do you do residential?

Not yet. If your home address is registered under your NZBN, we can include those bills in a review.

Does this cost me anything?

There are no upfront costs. Your monthly energy reviews are completely free, with no obligation to switch. If we identify savings and you choose to switch, a one-off $100 administration fee will be added to your first invoice.

I've joined but still haven't found savings, why?

The NZ energy market is volatile and changes by the hour. We guarantee we'll find you savings within the first 12 months, or we'll give you $100.

Is Termina paid by retailers?

No. Termina isn't paid by retailers. We only make money from the savings we find, so we work harder than anyone to keep you on the lowest rate.

How long do tenders and reviews take?

Once you complete this form, Termina collects 12 months of bills on your behalf and runs a group-wide tender. Typical turnaround is 2 weeks.

Yes. Termina will match any price, and we'll keep reviewing your energy accounts every month.
