Do you do residential?
Not yet. If your home address is registered under your NZBN, we can include those bills in a review.
Does this cost me anything?
No upfront costs. Once we find savings and switch you, CSC adds a $49/$99 membership fee to your first Termina invoice. Until then, your monthly reviews are included at $0.
I've joined but still haven't found savings, why?
The NZ energy market is volatile and changes by the hour. We guarantee we'll find you savings within the first 12 months, or we'll give you $100.
Is Termina paid by retailers?
No. Termina isn't paid by retailers. We only make money from the savings we find, so we work harder than anyone to keep you on the lowest rate.
How long do tenders and reviews take?
Once you complete this form, Termina collects 12 months of bills on your behalf and runs a group-wide tender. Typical turnaround is 2 weeks.

Yes. Termina will match any price, and we'll keep reviewing your energy accounts every month.
